Sapphire occupies a rare position on the eastern coast of Eleuthera — perched above a private beach on a lush, wider stretch of the island that has changed little in a century. The house was designed around a single idea: that inside and outside should feel like one. Glass walls open to the Atlantic. Every suite has its own entrance and opens directly to the air.
Follow the sandy path 300 steps and you arrive at pink-sand beach, turquoise water, vibrant coral reef, and silence. Back at the property, four private decks wrap the house — an elevated saltwater pool terrace, a fire pit deck facing the ocean, a hidden outdoor soaking tub framed by palms, and a sunrise terrace. Two gourmet kitchens. A cocktail bar called the Drunk Monkey. Solar power and Starlink on a quiet island.

A lower-level suite with its own private entrance and terrace — dining for four, conversation seating for five, and direct access to the garden. Separated from the Spa Suite by a full gourmet kitchen that belongs to the lower level, giving each party complete independence. King bed, en-suite bath, 55" TV. Ideal for a couple or second family traveling together.

A lower-level suite with its own private entrance — separated from the Terrace Suite by a full gourmet kitchen, so each party moves through their own world entirely. The private outdoor shower is a destination in itself: teak flooring underfoot, a coralina stone wall, and an open view across endless palm trees. Rattan chandeliers over the soaking tub. A breakfast nook with its own Keurig and refrigerator. Configures as King or Twin XL beds.
